The History section of this web site is very sparse, especially the pages from 1980, onward. With time, these pages will be flushed out with lots of photos, and the sparse text will be replaced with, ah, well - it'll be replaced. The text following 1980 comes directly from Joe Nolte. Hopefully someone out there will be "encouraged" to write me with alternate ideas about the events described...
We recorded "Confession" in February, with Bill Stevenson as producer. Did a
lot of shows, including a week on the east coast, the high point of which was
probably playing CBGB's with Soundgarden. The record soared to the top of the
indie charts, then soared down just as quick.
Started recording "Awakening" that fall, Bill went on tour and I was
dissatisfied, so we stopped.
(I know this is frustratingly skeletal, bear with me and I'll give you much
more soon!)
