- Updated the Video Page with a new clip. I've once again abandoned the Quicktime version of the video clips. The file size is much too big for a quality clip. The Real Video clips are a lot smaller, and a lot better in quality. Apple is coming out with a new compressor soon. Perhaps that will give me better results in the future - but for now, I don't have a good quality encoder for continuing the Quicktime video clips. - Revamped the Video Page to reflect the absence of Quicktime. I removed the animated background, which worked nicely in Explorer, but looked crappy in Netscape. - Updated News column on the Home Page. |

- Made a few changes to the Links page as the Circle Jerks link is dead and CD Universe is only stocking LA Explosion now. - Put last month's Quicktime clip back up on the Video page. I notice a lot of search strings containing "Sparks" (and that's probably why you're reading this). I only recently found out that my page was listed on the Fan Mael web site as a place to listen to an archived radio interview with Sparks. It is not here anymore. I only carried it here for a week, late last year, as some members of the Sparks email list wanted to hear it, and at the time, it wasn't archived anywhere else. So I told the people on that list that I'd put it here for a week for them to download. Sorry. I think the other link to the same interview works, though - but I no longer have the space or bandwidth to carry it... |

Registering gives you the privilege of editing or deleting any previous post of yours, as well as voting in a poll - but it is not necessary. - Changed the "Discography" navigation bar to read "Music" - looks better that way. |

- Fed up with Feature Price as my hosting provider - site went down constantly, and their support system was based on customer avoidance. The last downtime was a simple matter of them restarting my server. But due to their bad support, what should have been a 5-minute downtime lasted over 30 hours. So I got a new provider... - Uploaded entire site to new hosting service. - Renamed "Message Board" to Forum, to tighten up the navigation bars. (look for a new forum soon) - Updated a few of the pop-up messages on the navigation bars. - Updated DNS nameservers to point to the new host (updates at different times around the globe - should be complete by March 5th) |

- Moved the site to its new servers at www.dannolte.com - Redesigned the Home Page and navigation buttons. - Updated and redesigned the Video Page. You can now view the previous month's video clip and see a video of the band recording their latest album. - Updated all the Real Audio metafiles to correctly link to the correct (new) addresses. Hopefully I caught them all. Any errors, tell me. |
